Update #1: Create your own Youtube Favorites RSS feed with embedded videos
Update #2: ProgrammableWeb features Youtube Favorites RSS feed mashup
I like Dapper. It's a service which let's you extract data from existing web pages and transform it to various formats. What makes this so great? It enables you to create your very own RSS-Feeds from web pages which do not offer them by themselves.
For example YouTube offers several feeds, but not for your favorited movies. However, Dapper is able to do that: Look here - an RSS-Feed of my favorite YouTube movies. Unfortunately the feed just provides the movie's thumbnails and doesn't embed the movies by themselves.
This is where Dapper's SDK comes in. It let's you access the data of your dapps with your own scripts. So, finally, here it is: An RSS-Feed of my favorite Youtube movies with embedded clips.
If you want to have your own RSS-Feed of your favorite YouTube Videos just use the following URL
http://www.metaportaldermedienpolemik.net/youtube_favorites.php?user=
and add your YouTube user name after user=.
I added my feed to my soup, that way I don't have to post videos via its bookmarklet - I just have to hit the Save-Button on the YouTube-page.

That's a nice script, but it only grabs the first page of favorites.
You're right. However, I didn't aim for this with the script. It's purpose is not so much to give you an opportunity to archive your favorites, but more to be able to subscribe to new ones you add.
(and I don't think it would be possible to achieve this with the way Dapper works btw).

I thank you so much for letting me use your youtube favorites dapper script, but as of late, it's been really screwy. Check out my feed. My youtube username is thekaleb.
Thanks for creating this. The feed works fine for my favorite items. However, when I try to burn it on feedburner the feed is somehow transformed into a list of YOUR favorite items. What's going on?
